Back by popular demand! Join us for the wonderful indie folk sound of Hawthorne from 6 to 8 p.m. The New York-based band plays entirely original music, spanning various acoustic styles and genres, including Americana, with a touch of country, Irish folk, and even gypsy jazz. Nat Osborn (guitar and vocals) will be joined by Aimee Bayles (vocals) and Karna Ray (cello). Hawthorne frequently performs at Joe's Pub and Rockwood Music Hall in Manhattan, and at other venues in the metro New York area.
The free Bronx Seaside Trolley makes a continuous loop from the #6 Pelham Bay subway station to BPMM to City Island. Trolley leaves subway station hourly starting at 5:25 p.m.
