Financial markets uncertainty is the enemy of economic stability and whoever embraces chaos has to expect the negative outcome. Are these trade winds more like hot air?

POTUS is going after China on tariffs and considers an additional $100 billion in response to China's decision to slap $50 billion on US imports. China's $50 billion was a response to the Trump announcement of $50 billion in tariffs on China. The president has called trade wars "good, and easy to win" so when are we going to get tired of winning?
