Another professional athlete has taken early retirement fearing the lasting effects of dangerous sportsa injuries, including brain trauma.

Parents, do not allow your children to face dangerous game, which may turn into permanent, or long-lasting injuries. Some of the most common sports injuries are:

Runner's Knee, Shoulder Injuries, Ankle Sprains, Tennis and Golf Elbows, Pulled Muscles, Lower Back Pains, Shin Splints, Groin Strains, Achilles Tendinitis, and one of the most dangerous are Concussions.

There are literally hundreds of various sports injuries, but some body parts are more prone to damages. The top three make up 80 percent of all sports injuries.
