Dear Mr. President

your-ballot-your-ballot-was-counted

Dear Mr. President-

Democracy is not a joke. It’s something we must work hard at and are tremendously proud of. We all want it to last, which is why you must treat it accordingly.

It is not just enough to say America first, but you must match your words with actions and represent all Americans. If you put any of us last; it’s a tragic, sad affair.

Our lives are consumed by the logistics of running our households, managing careers and caring for our families. This great nation provides the foundation for everything that we and our forefathers have built together.

If you stop and think about it, it’s the way it should be. You are the president of all the people and it is time to stop playing games and take your job seriously.

A strong America is the healthiest thing you can give your constituents. Everyone feels safe and loved when they see the President working together with all members of Congress as a team, by taking interest in each other, making an effort, displaying respect, affection and acting with civility, even after all the lies we've heard through the years.

If you put your country first, your legacy will last forever, so give it the attention and effort it deserves. Your term will last only a few years. Putting our nation on cruise control for a few years, while you focus on your investments is falling asleep at the wheel.

If you have not made the USA your first priority and think your job is secondary, then any registered voter would be dumb to re-elect you. We aren’t your fans, we’re partners. You're the driver, provider and fact checker.

At first, you feel busy with the new job and huge responsibility you alone decided to chose, but then if you settle into a routine assuming it’s a phase, you’d correct assuming it is the final phase: The beginning of the end.

Do you remember why you ran for president in the first place? Make America Great Again is a camp pain promise, now its time to put your money where your mouth is. Show US that all Americans will alway be first.

Sincerely,

An American
