DEULING POLITICAL SCANDALS

There are very few bipartisan issues in Washington, DC, but supporting our military veterans has always been one and rightfully so.

US lawmakers from both sides of the isle are responding in reports that in the state of Arizona, there may be a pattern of mismanagement and negligence providing healthcare to American veterans.

US Congress has issued two Obama administration cabinet members with subpoenas. Secretary of State John Kerry was told to appear before the House Oversight Committee to testify about the 2012 attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya.

US House Veterans Affairs Committee has voted to subpoena Eric Shinseki, Secretary of Veterans Affairs to investigate delays which may have resulted in the deaths of some 40 former members of our military.

In politics scandals should be kept separate from controversy. Many political decisions are controversial, many decisions are unpopular. That alone does not make them scandals.
However, these two may be the dueling scandals, which may break some political backs.
