This message is for everyone and anyone navigating one of the most difficult periods in modern history.

We are feeling the result of more than a generation of corporate manipulation that has corrupted certain public officials, government workers, some members of the mainstream media.

We must realize that our constitution will preserve our US democracy, a system the entire world can cherish.

While is was written in 1787, ratified in 1788, and in operation since 1789, The US Constitution is the world’s longest surviving written charter of government. Its first three words – “We The People” – affirm that the government of the United States exists to serve its citizens.

In this critical time, everyone needs intelligent news, different points of view and ideas that will help us all to navigate a complex future.

For over two hundred years, our Constitution has remained in force because its framers successfully separated and balanced governmental powers to safeguard the interests of majority rule and minority rights, of liberty and equality, and of the central and state governments. More a concise statement of national principles than a detailed plan of governmental operation, the Constitution has evolved to meet the changing needs of a modern society profoundly different from the eighteenth-century world in which its creators lived.

Become familiar with our government charter and please keep reading City Island Images. We will do our best to keep you well informed.
