FREAK SPRING STORM TARGETS NE

The National Weather Service has posted a winter weather advisory for NYC until midnight.

The winds and snow are expected this afternoon, with accumulation of 1 to 3 inches. Windy conditions near northeast winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. Chance of snow 90 percent.

Tonight: Cloudy. Snow likely...mainly in the evening. Total snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches. Breezy with lows in the mid 30s. North winds 15 to 20 mph. Gusts up to 35 mph...decreasing to 25 mph after midnight. Chance of snow 70 percent.

HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES. INDIVIDUAL WAVES MAY BE
