New Yorkers should take a moment to make a disaster plan by downloading the Ready New York calendar. Filled with regular reminders that break planning into small, quick steps, these calendars can help everyone work preparedness into his or her schedule.

* Select the Mac or PC file and save it to your desktop
* Unzip or extract the file
* From the Outlook toolbar, click File -> Import and Export
* Select "Import from another program or file" and click Next
* Select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)" and click Next
* Click the Browse button and navigate to the saved file, select it
* Select "Do not import duplicate items" and click Next
* From the "Select destination folder" pop-up, click on Calendar and click Next
* The following actions will be performed:, click the box next to the option labeled, "Import ‘Resolve.
* Click OK, then click Finish
* A status window will appear, "Importing Appointments from ‘Resolve to be Ready.csv ' into Calendar"

Follow these instructions to import the schedule into your Entourage calendar.

* Select the Mac or PC file and save it to your desktop
* Unzip or extract the file
* Open Entourage
* Drag the file (Copy of Resolve to be Ready Calendar.ics) onto the Entourage icon on the launcher bar
* It should be now imported into your calendar

Follow these instructions to import the schedule into your Google calendar (both PC and Mac, .csv file):

* Select the Mac or PC file and save it to your desktop
* Unzip or extract the file
* Log onto your Google Calendar account.
* Open Google Calendar
* Click the Add link in the bottom corner of the other calendars that’s on the left side of your calendar page.
* Click the Import Calendar link under Calendar settings
* Click the Browse button and navigate to the saved .cvs file
* Choose your calendar
* Click Import and wait. It may take a bit.
It’ll tell you when it’s done!!!

Follow these instructions to import the schedule into your iCal (for use on PCs, .ics file):

* Select the Mac or PC file and save it to your desktop
* Unzip or extract the file
* From the Options tab, click the Import/Export tab to open it.
* In the Import section's Type field, select Calendar.
* In the File field, browse to locate the .ics file to import.
* Click Import. In the Choose folder dialog, select the folder, select one of your existing calendars or new.
* Click OK. The calendar is imported into our account.

Follow these instructions to import the schedule into your iCal (for use on Macs, .ics file):

* Select the Mac or PC file and save it to your desktop
* Unzip or extract the file
* Go to File
* Choose Import - > Import
* Select the file (Copy of Resolve to be Ready Calendar.ics)
* Click Import
* Chose the calendar you want to import to or create a new one
