HELPING YOUR BODY TO HEAL

Submitted by ub on

Whenever an individual gets seriously ill or becomes injured, they may seek emergency care, or receive immediate life-sustaining treatment. Later on at some point in the future, they are left to take care of themselves to finalize that healing process.

At the time these patients are discharged from their medical treatment, they have gradually shifted into a zone where they may no longer be sick, but are still not as healthy as they were before they became ill. This zone, between illness and good health, is where rehabilitation specialists focus.

Some call this the "Healing Zone" It is the place where health care professional are most concerned with physical and emotional healing after an injury or illness.

Our bodies are amazing in their capacity to heal, however, most people can be taught how to heal much better, physically as well as emotionally.
