Too many corporations think about marketing to the 55 million strong Latino Market during Hispanic Heritage month or try on Cinco de Mayo.

However, these companies have put their money where their mouth is for Latino market. We'd like to call them our top "Three Amigos" aka The Three Caballeros 1944
AT&T “Between Two Worlds”
AT&T’s #BetweenTwoWorlds is the Hispanic movement in their expansive social media campaign #TheMobileMovement, which launched earlier this year. The company began the Hispanic operation in July 2014 as an opportunity to connect and engage bicultural Latinos, particularly digital-savvy millennials.
#BetweenTwoWorlds focuses on the lives of young acculturated Hispanics between their teens and mid-30s, who easily identify with both mainstream U.S. culture and their Latino background. Accompanying the #TheMobileMovement is a Tumblr page similarly featuring Spanglish posts. The two hashtags can also be found on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

Dunkin Donuts “Dunkin' Latino”
As of June 2014, Dunkin’ Donuts launched its Latino Twitter page, looking to cater to the company’s Spanish speakers. Last year, Dunkin’ Donuts also claimed to be the first national coffee retailer to make its website, mobile, and Facebook platforms available in Spanish and English.
With the social media campaign launch, there was a brief sweepstakes. Fans could follow @DunkinLatino and use the hashtag #MiDunkinEsTuDunkin to enter a chance to win a $100 Dunkin’ Donuts gift card for themselves and a friend. The brand is now supporting their digital Hispanic movement with hashtags such as #MiDunkin and #DunkinLatino.

McDonald’s “Me Encanta”
Back in 2011, McDonald’s introduced its Spanish-language Twitter campaign. @MeEncanta is a Spanglish-based account used to interact with fans about promotional deals through music, sports and education.
McDonald’s Latino movement is currently engaging its online audience with its hashtag #MiMomento. The hashtag, however, has not seemed to catch on yet with many of the posts coming from unrelated tweets.

Good News

Solution

Not everyone feels like jumping in the air following significant markers in our lives. However, there is a lot to celebrate and for those of us who don’t see it, it can sometimes be difficult to create a way forward.

Good news fell slightly last year, but does this mean that more people will fail to go on to have fulfilling lives? No, it doesn’t and it all works out okay in the end.

Did you receive less than desirable results? What happened next? We want to hear your positive stories for a good news feature for this site.

The Pope Goes To Sweeden

Issue

Pope Francis' visit to Sweeden is not only historic but also remarkable.

The pontiff is marking the 500th anniversary of the Protestant Reformation, which is an extremely bold gesture given his Jesuit order was founded to defend the faith against reforms that hold an opinion at odds with what is generally accepted.

GUN Control

Issue

The Second Amendment to the US Constitution concerns the right to bear arms, and has always been a hot-button issue, especially during election season. Gun rights and gun control groups alike have been lobbying Congress for decades to craft legislation in their respective favors. Some say gun control is about how steady one holds their firearm, others say its about limiting access to deadly weapons. What say you?

Truth or Consequences?

Issue

Do you remember Truth or Consequences? Truth or Consequences- December 31, 1956 (Bob Barker's television debut) https://youtu.be/zuY6FiP-2Jc

Well, try to look at it as The Whitehouse debut of the popular TV program. As @POTUS @realdonaldtrump continues to make false claims, and more people all over the world are watching, while some are now keeping track and others are pushing back.

SUN OF A BEACH

Issue

As we all know, on Memorial Day Weekend Americans celebrate and the kick-off of the summer beach season.

One NYC Beach we visited is Orchard Beach. It was created by Robert Moses in the 1930s as The Bronx's only public beach, which spans 1.1 miles and 115 acres.

Dining opportunities at Orchard Beach are limited. The promenade is failing, and while scaffolding has been constructed, there have been limited repairs. There are practically no restaurants, just concession stands.

City Images made several attempts to speak with the new NYC Parks Commissioner, but we were stonewalled.

FAMILY VALUES

Idea

The Olympics has once again shown the world that we are a global family with inherent values. There is not need to cheat just to win medals. If we have learned one thing for sure, its that oping is for dopes.

COMPASSION FOR ALL INTERACTIONS WITH AND AMONG EVERYONE SHOULD BE BASED ON OUR CONTINUOUSLY RENEWED CAPACITY TO BE OPEN TO THE FULL RANGE OF INDIVIDUAL NEEDS, CIRCUMSTANCES, AND POTENTIAL.

DIGNITY FOR EACH PERSON'S RIGHTS AND SPIRITUAL PREFERENCES ARE TREATED WITH RESPECT, HONOR, AND FAIRNESS.

WH Flip Flops or Flipped Out?

Issue

Wake up America. How much longer are you willing to accept this low level of sub service from our leaders?

First, the White House says one thing, then they wind up saying another. So what are Americans supposed to believe? This is the problem journalists face with reporting the facts. These are still changing as we write this.

Cuban Candidates Clash

Issue

US Senators Ted Cruz, Texas and Marco Rubio, Florida and both Cuban immigrants found plenty of opportunities to draw attention to themselves and add to their opponents camp pains contrasts.

Rubio: “We will have to work around the world with less than ideal governments. The government in Saudi Arabia is not a democracy, but we will have to work with them … But anti-American dictators like Assad. If they go I will not shed a tear.”

Happy News Year

Issue

What a strange, and surreal year it's been as it finally ends with an additional second as if we wanted to hang on to it longer.

After all the weird things that occurred, why not have some fun New Year's Eve as you kick 2016 right in the keesters. If you're going out, know that many cities are bolstering security, especially in the light of the most recent deadly truck attack in Berlin.

Adios, 再見, Goodbye to people of all backgrounds, creeds, and cultures who celebrate and honor the tradition of seeing off the past year and greeting 2017.

HURRICANES

Problem

The hurricane season begins 6/1/16 and ends 11/30/16. Is your mitigation and if that fails, a disaster response strategy in place? If you've experienced a hurricane, then you know why I am posting this.

Hurricane season officially starts next week for storms that form in the eastern Pacific Ocean, but more notably, it's also the start of Hurricane Awareness Week. The National Weather Service says is the best time to prepare for a potential hit from a tropical storm or hurricane.
