Light Snow Continues to Fall

The large winter storm is slowly moving away from the Northeast coast, but will continue to bring a plethora of hazards to the Northeast through early Saturday. Strong winds, high waves and coastal flooding will impact the coast from New Jersey to Maine, while heavy snow is forecast across some inland locations.

Forecast calls for additional snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches. Breezy with lows in the lower 30s. North winds 15 to 20 mph. Chance of snow 80 percent.

Morning snow with a chance of rain and snow in the afternoon. Total accumulation of 3 to 5 inches. Windy with highs in the upper 30s. North winds 15 to 25 mph. Chance of precipitation 80 percent.

Friday Night: Mostly cloudy in the evening...then clearing. Breezy with lows in the lower 30s. North winds 15 to 20 mph.

Saturday: Sunny. Highs in the upper 40s. North winds 10 to 15 mph.

Saturday Night: Mostly clear. Lows in the upper 30s. Northeast winds 5 to 10 mph.
