Journalist and New Yorker Magazine Executive Editor Dorothy Wickenden discusses her recently published book, Nothing Daunted: The Unexpected Education of Two Society Girls in the West, about her grandmother’s life-changing adventures teaching the children of homesteaders in the early 20th century. "A superb, stirring book. Through the eyes of two spirited and resourceful women from the civilized East, Wickenden makes the story of the American West engaging and personal.
