MORE SNOW ON THE WAY

Submitted by ub on

Temperatures have been delightful since the first day of Spring, but don't get used to it just yet... Although Spring has arrived and the winter of 2014 is theoretically no longer, unfortunately the Vernal Equinox will be bringing us sleet, with temperatures expected to dip to the low 30s and more snow is being forecast for this week.

MORE SNOW EXPECTED... THERE IS THE POTENTIAL FOR A SIGNIFICANT COASTAL STORM LATE TUESDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING. WHILE CONFIDENCE REMAINS HIGH THAT THE STORM WILL BE DEVELOPING...THERE IS STILL SOME UNCERTAINTY AS TO THE TRACK AND STRENGTH. A SHIFT IN THE TRACK OF LESS THAN 100 MILES IN EITHER DIRECTION WILL RESULT IN A SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE IN IMPACTS ACROSS THE AREA. AT THIS TIME...THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR AT LEAST 6 INCHES OF SNOW.

And believe it or not, cold air, and below average temps, are going to linger into April.
