RAINFALL IN LESS THAN AN HOURS TIME. AS THE BAND PUSHES EAST...THERE WILL LIKELY BE POCKETS OF POOR DRAINAGE FLOODING ON AREA ROADWAYS DURING THE MORNING COMMUTE. INSTABILITY LESSENS TO THE EAST...
