NYC Parks Foundation is continuing their free, eight-week Senior Fitness Program through June! Various activities are being held in parks throughout the city, including Yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Pelham Bay Park at 9 AM. All activities are free for seniors ages 60 and over.
