Is this mayors race a battle of wealthy candidates, famous celebrities, or is it a political zoo, a civic carnival, or an honest to goodness important election?

GOOD POSTURE MATTERS

My parents constantly said, stand up straight. Timeless advice we’ve all probably heard at one time or another and it’s still worth heeding.

Good posture is important to balance. By standing up straight, you center your weight over your feet. Good posture also helps you maintain correct form while exercising, which results in fewer injuries and greater gains.

Hundreds of thousands turned out across Egypt for pro-army demonstrations but clashed with counter protests causing chaos.

As a result, at least 100 have died in clashes as supporters of ousted President Mohammed Morsi who also also lined the streets. Morsi has been formally accused of conspiring with Palestinian group Hamas and of murdering officers.

The violence occurred hours after Morsi supporters and opponents attended mass rival rallies across Egypt.

These two Weiners' expiration dates have passed and now appear to be ready to serve phoney baloney to anyone who will buy into it.

Watching them is like viewing an old Jerry Springer rerun. These two are trying to claw their way into public office.

New York City voters will never elect this guy to be their pubic servant... Imagine him texting, while working as Mayor?

These two take the "fun" out of the term dysfunctional couple. He does not have a real job and he is asking NYC voters to trust him with the keys to City Hall. What is he thinking?

HE WAS BORN MP GAY

The Prince of Soul was born Marvin Pentz Gay Jr. in Washington, D.C. on April 2, 1939. He was raised under the strict control of his dad, Reverend Marvin Gay Sr., the minister at a local church.

He added an e to his name and became Marvin Gaye, Motown's superstar soul singer and songwriter during the 1960s and 1970s.

On April 1, 1984, Marvin Gay Sr. shot and killed his son one day short of his birthday during a fight. His father says he acted in self-defense but was convicted of involuntary manslaughter.

Funding The New Bronx

Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr. announced that his office has provided almost $23 million in capital funding to worthy Bronx organizations as part of his FY2014 capital budget allocations.

In total, Borough President Diaz has provided $22,924,000 in capital funding to organizations across the Bronx, focusing on areas of education, housing, economic development, parks and other areas.

77 DIE IN SPAIN TRAIN DERRAILMENT

Video cameras captured a speeding train, which derailed on a tight curve and smashed into a wall in Spain, killing at least 77 people, with 178 injured.

The footage of one of Europe's worst rail disasters shows the train was going too fast as it approached the city of Santiago de Compostela.

Images of corpses covered in blankets and towels lying next to crushed carriages while rescuers pulled survivors out of broken windows.
