Following the Aurora, Colorado movie massacre, Warner Brothers has reportedly announced that the upcoming movie "Gangster Squad" will omit a scene in which gangsters open fire on the unsuspecting audience of a crowded movie theater.
That clip was previously featured in the movie's trailer, which ironically ran right before Thursday night's fateful screening of "The Dark Knight Rises."
Since then, that film trailer was pulled from subsequent screenings and now the studio is finally taking action on the film in consideration of those 12 innocent movie goers who were killed and dozens more injured in that horrific massacre. "Gangster Squad" is still scheduled to open in theaters Sept. 7.
