COPS GONE WILD?

Problem

Americans have witnessed multiple incidents of police officers killing unarmed civilians on both coats of this country and supposedly for various reasons. One of the most recent US incidents occurred in Los Angeles and some wonder if a public safety motto "To Protect and To Serve" needs to be updated.

Another investigation is underway after Los Angeles police fatally shot a homeless man on LA's skid row, during an encounter that was caught on video.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the man, whom witnesses called "Africa," was pronounced dead at the hospital. LAPD fatal shooting of man caught on tape: http://fw.to/eHifT0W

So what else is new?

Cops have been abusing people for years and getting away with it. They do not follow the law.
