A storm system is set to spread heavy, wet snow and some ice across eastern New York State and New England Friday into Saturday.

Heavy rain is expected from the Mid-Atlantic to remaining portions of the Northeast.

FOR THE COASTLINES OF MANHATTAN...BRONX...AND QUEENS...DURING THE
TIMES OF HIGH TIDE TONIGHT...SOME LOCATIONS WILL TOUCH MINOR
COASTAL FLOOD BENCHMARKS. FOR SOUTHERN MANHATTAN...THE TIMES OF
HIGH TIDE WILL BE CLOSER TO MIDNIGHT WHILE FOR BRONX AND NORTHERN
QUEENS...THE TIMES OF HIGH TIDE WILL BE GENERALLY BETWEEN 2 AND 4
AM. ISOLATED MINOR FLOODING OF THE MOST VULNERABLE WATERFRONT AND
SHORELINE ROADS AND/OR ADJACENT PROPERTIES DUE TO HEIGHT OF STORM
TIDE OR WAVE SPLASHOVER.
