My wife and I just returned from our honeymoon in Hangzhou, the most beautiful city in China. Yirong Soto was born in Shanghai, China and is now my Chinese Cuban lady.
The city of Hangzhou is known throughout China as heaven on earth. It is located on the north bank of the Qiantang River at the head of Hangzhou Bay. It has waterways to the south, and is linked to canals and waterways that cover the Yangtze River.
This gorgeous city stands at the eastern foot of a scenic range of hills, the Tianmu Mountains, and on the shore of the famous West Lake, which lights up nightly in a multicolored rainbow, along with a musical choreography. The former Chinese capital boasts an ancient monastery, which is celebrated in poetry and paintings for its beauty and is a favourite imperial retreat.
