After saying healthcare is a disaster and coining the phrase "Repeal and Replace" about the affordable care act, Trump now says "Nobody knew health care could be so complicated", not I had no idea this issue was so complex. What is really going on here? He is facing record low approval ratings after failing to follow all his promises, never blaming himself, his staff, or The Russians. How is he giving himself an overall B average? What grade would you give the president so far and has he made any mistakes so far?
