Surround yourself with the beauty of Wave Hill as you participate in their seasonal Hatha Yoga program involving the use of postures, breath control and meditation to create a supple, strong and relaxed body and mind. Classes are taught by instructors from Yoga for Bliss. Participants should bring a mat, dress in loosely fitting clothing and come to class with breakfast well digested. Two levels offered, taught concurrently. The Beginners/Gentle level includes demonstrations of poses, clear instructions and some individual attention. The Advanced Beginners level focuses on alignment and flow, and is for students who practice more regularly and would like a more challenging class. Sessions are held outdoors every Sunday and are weather dependent. Registration opens at 9am. Session fee includes admission to the grounds: $15 members, $23 non-members.

Explore the Hudson River’s avian ecology starting at the tip of Manhattan and migrating north. Walks are led by NYC Audubon naturalist Gabriel Willow on the second Sunday of each month through the fall. The walk is ideal for ages 10 and up. Session fee includes admission to grounds: $10 members, $18 non-members.
