The last grownup has resigned as #POTUS lost the most significant, stabilizing, and competent member of his entire administration. We all have to be legitimately frightened for #America. The announced departures after the midterm elections: Secretary of Defense Mattis, Chief Oo Staff Kelly, Interior Secretary Zinke, Attorney General Sessions, and a whole lot more out th e door. An unpredictable president who is ignorant, unwilling to learn, makes gut decisions, and eventually gaslights everyone who joins. Mattis’ resignation letter makes it clear. “My views on treating allies with respect and also being clear eyed about both malign actors and strategic competitors are strongly held and informed by over four decades of immersion in these issues.” There is a whole lot of upheaval @WhiteHouse in a short period of time.
According to legend "A Visit" was composed by Clement Clarke Moore. His inspiration for the character of Saint Nicholas was a local Dutch handyman as well as the historical Saint Nicholas. Moore originated many of the features that are still associated with Santa Claus today while borrowing other aspects, such as the use of reindeer. The poem was not fake news, but it was first published anonymously in the Troy, New York Sentinel on 23 December 1823, having been sent there by a friend of Moore and was reprinted frequently thereafter with no name attached. It was first attributed in print to Moore in 1837. Mr. Moore acknowledged authorship when he included it in his own book of poems in 1844. By then, the original publisher and at least seven others had already acknowledged his authorship. Moore had a reputation as an erudite professor and had not wished at first to be connected with the unscholarly verse. He included it in the anthology at the insistence of his children, for whom he had originally written the piece.
Nearly two hundred hears later and outraged by allegations of collusion with a foreign Country, perjury, obstruction of justice, sexual misbehavior and possible illegal campaign contributions, as well as tax evasion and other charges leveled by political opponents, some may argue that impeachment is the alt right course for the Country to travel. House Democrats imay move towads mpeached, but the Senate may refuse to convict him.
