Deep States Freeze

Over 160 million Americans and millions all over the world are under a deep state freeze, with the worst to come with climate change.

In the USA a massive winter storm is spreading from the southern Plains to the Northeast through Tuesday with snow, sleet, and freezing rain. Expect significant travel disruptions and power outages. Severe weather is also expected with this storm in parts of Georgia and Florida. Meanwhile, arctic air with frigid temperatures and dangerous wind chills will remain over the central third of the U.S. this entire week.

USA States of emergency have been declared in the South, with nearly 2 million people without power in parts of the great state of Texas.

Dangerous ice storms knocked out nearly half the wind-power generating capacity of Texas as a rare deep freeze across the state locked up turbine towers while driving electricity demand to record levels, the state’s grid operator reported.
