Fake Trump Crisis

POTUS false statistics fell flat because there is a less violent crime by undocumented immigrants than the general population. Does Trump miss being on prime-time television and that's why all we got was a pointless speech, making USA less informed.
Why did the networks offer a forum to lie to We The People on television?

His speech offered little he hadn't said before, prompting critics of TV networks decision to air the Oval Office address live, and without fact checks. His dark and bleak broadcast was punctuated by more than a few sniffles and nothing else.

Trump was outright wrong at times and misleading at others. He intimidates many by promoting white supremacy and says things that they are not true to fool the lower-middle-class of predominantly white voters that he is one of them.

Trump used the Oval Office to try to create a border crisis but as it turns out he failed miserably. #SenatorSchumer said #Trump used the backdrop of the #OvalOffice to manufacture a crisis, stoke fear and divert attention from the turmoil in his administration. Adding that the symbol of #America should be the Statue of Liberty, not a 30-foot wall. Look at it yourself.

It was downbeat, stiff, scripted, reflecting a zero communicator, with false statements, and nothing new. It was BORING.

AP FACT CHECK: Trump said, "Democrats will not fund border security." But that is not true. Democrats did pass money for border security, but at $1.3 billion, funding was much lower than the president requested and did not pay for a wall. AP FACT CHECK: Trump oversells wall as a solution to drugs
