Bags of candy for Halloween, Lots of turkey on Thanksgiving, then plenty of rich foods are available as we prepare for the arrival of that jolly guy in the red suit, followed by New Years Eve celebrations. All of these these fattening foods and treats are consumed during the holidays.
From late October through the end of December, we're all tempted with Halloween candy, Thanksgiving treats, as well as holiday cakes and cookies.
It may seem impossible to make it to the New Year without gobbling up every last delectable goodie. Well, the best advise we can share is to exercise self control with all those treats through the season, so you don't come out the other side of January 1 with extra padding in several places you wish you had not increased upon.
