Hot town Summer in The City while the backs of our necks get dirty and gritty. This weekend Americans could see the 🔥Hottest🔥days recorded in New York City over the last 7 years. Please, make a personal plan to be cool.

Heat waves have killed more people than any other extreme weather event, according to the Centers for Disease Control.
Officials define extreme heat as a period of three days of high heat and humidity with temperatures above 90F or 32C.

On the heels of earth's hottest June on record, National Weather Service estimates over 100 record-high minimum temperatures could be set as the heat lingers even past sunset. 🌅

☑️ Use A/C or go to a Cooling Center
☑️ Drink water
☑️ Stay inside
☑️ Check on vulnerable friends or neighbors
