Violence Incitement

Public Service officials are investigating a series of pipe bombs targeting Clinton, President Obama, CNN, and others.

An incitement is the encouragement of another person to commit an act. Depending on the jurisdiction, some or all types of incitement are illegal. It's unacceptable, an inchoate offense, where harm may or may not have actually occurred.
