This may look pleasant to the naked eye, but it was definitely not pleasant, nor was I naked when stepping outside this morning following 0-degree temperatures to shovel snow.
After I cleaned up a clear path from the entrance of my NYC condo building, all the way to Yirong's parking space at the very end of our snowy lot. (Immigrants ... We Get The Job Done)
The condo service agreement that our board apparently signed did not bring the plow into our gated facility until 11:11 AM, this morning which is hours after the bank doors open, where my wife has to be early in the morning as operations manager, at a 7 day a week financial services bank.
One male neighbor came out and made an unpleasant and in my opinion a ridiculous comment. He said that the service begins as soon as it stops snowing. However, the first female was pleasantly surprised and immediately noticed that I had cleared a path all the way to her car door. She thanked me for that, even though it was not shoveled to her own car.
I guess she immediately went right back upstairs to get HER SIGNIFICANT OTHER to do the same for her. He better, if he knows what's good for him.
