The weekend began on Friday when my two year old Godson, Matty and his parents Dena and Victor brought me a mango delicacy prepared for UB. Sunday was a very special Father's Day. So special that it may be one to always remember fondly and for a few reasons.
My wife Yirong and I were prepared to spend a quiet day at home since we have been traveling recently, it was a welcome opportunity to not only relax but to save some bucks since my daughters live on the west coast and I am in NYC and those airfares quickly add up.
I was therefore surprised when my baby daughter Sabrina said she was coming to Manhattan on business and wanted to invite us to dinner. #Pella Windows Puts New York City On Mute at Grand Central Station as @SabrinaSotomunveils a Pop-Up Home Installation https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/pella-puts-new-york-on-mute-at…
It turns out that my Godson had spent the weekend in NYC with his girlfriend, so I asked him to join us as well.
Then to make this a most memorable moment, my oldest daughter Natasha face timed video of my oldest grandchild, Elena who was at that very moment receiving her degree from The University of California in Santa Barbara. https://www.ucsb.edu/
Unfortunately, my son Yiliang and Goddaughter Stephanie were not available, so I decided to focus on positive energy.
