Fifty years ago On This Date: GOP President Richard Nixon uttered the infamous words, "I am not a crook," Time proved him wrong.

These words were uttered in response to reporters' questions about the Watergate scandal. Fast forward another Republican can not deny that he is not a Nazi, racist, a fraud, a rapist..etc

As a former recruit and serving as a US government division chief GM/15-10 for the last real GOP President, my take is that Republicans have slowly destroyed the grand old party.
