Sincerity is an openness of heart but we find it in few folks; what we usually see is an artful dissimulation to win others over.

Relationships can be wonderful buffers against stress, but relationship conflicts can also cause considerable emotional pain and stress. Knowing how to apologize can repair damage in a relationship, but if you don't know how to apologize sincerely, you can make it worse.

Today begins the next phase of the rest of my life and academic career bringing change, and setting the course for progress.

I feel like I am the real deal. I am it. I will use my naturally given analytical skills to sift through any ambiguities. I can do it!

I am the scale after all - harmony and balance are in my nature.

A leadership vacuum at #NBC - Hiring and firing the former #RNC chair, the organization managed to alienate nearly every constituency that matters. Insiders blame a byzantine structure and a lack of news chops at the top. “I want to personally apologize to our team members who felt we let them down,” Mr. Conde said in a staff memo this week. “While this was a collective recommendation by some members of our leadership team, I approved it and take full responsibility.” Cesar Conde

The Bronx might seem an improbable setting for an academic miracle with an area of 42 square miles with 1,472,654 residents.

I'm a university professor here, the ninth-most-populous in the U.S., where crimes are common. Yet the latest data shows graduation rates at the city’s schools are surging. Alas, such gains are not showing up in other academic indicators. However, I have lectured on the West Coast, the Midwest, the South, and the northeastern American states.

The former guy’ wants a new nickname for himself and it really has most folks laughing at him straight to his face.

Do you remember when he was almost laughed off the podium and out of the United Nations General Assembly?

This is now online and in social media circles.where people have a long memory of the ten of thousands of lies he has told and causing the COVID deaths his lies are allegedly responsible for. He is well known for having a short one and his nose becomes longer whenever he is lying, which is always. Or what about old fat boy?

These are the Greatest Republicans of the modern American era... The first was Ike, and the second and third were Ron and George.

That's all folks... Before the GOP turned into the political swamp it has come to be, let's take time to look at some of the playbooks of the first one of only 5 other presidents to have never held political office before being president: Some turned out to be horrible and one made the list of the worst president ever to hold office, be criminally indicted and found guilty of fraud and rape.
