The following should be required reading. ‘IF’ was written by an Indian born, English Nobel Laureate poet and journalist named Joseph Rudyard Kipling. It can serve as the ultimate inspiration that tells all of us how to deal with different phases in life and helps us to become better people.

The poem, written in 1895 and first published in ‘Rewards and Fairies’, 1910 is 32 lines long with four stanzas of eight lines each. It is a tribute to Leander Starr Jameson. The poem is written in the form of paternal advice to the poet’s son, John.

It has been said that a picture is worth a thousand words, this is why some folks are pointing out contrasting images that basically sum up the difference between Melania Trump and Dr. Jill Biden and which one is the real intelligent and classy LADY.

Any picture is worth a thousand words means that complex and sometimes multiple ideas can be conveyed by still images, which sends a clear message more effectively than any words or series of verbal descriptions.

Happy Mom Day to my wife, to the mother of my children, to my daughters who are marvelous moms, to mi mama Margarita, and Grandmas.

Mother knows best. She is a superhero with extra strengths and undying love. Health and happiness lie at the feet of our mothers. Let us be reminded of how they became the pillar of support in our victories and especially during our unfortunate downfalls.

I recall the advice my mother and grandmothers would share with me and if it not to save face, I will post them on cyberspace.

Twerk specifically originated from the inner-city of New Orleans and was used frequently in New Orleans Bounce music by rappers and DJ hosting block parties in the housing projects.

To savor the days of old, consider the years of many generations past. Ask your parents, and they will show you. or any of your elders and they may share them with you.

This period of time was pleasant and better than the present time when everything seemed possible.

Few films or live theatre survive the stigma of having an exclamation mark, but Fred Zinnemann's major motion picture version of Rodgers and Hammerstein 50's Musical has a breezy charm of Americana.

We wish you a Noche Buena y Feliz Navidad. This is a Spanish word referring to Christmas Eve and celebrated on December 24 every year in Latin American and many other cultures. This marks the final evening of the Posadas celebrations, where dinner is served with the family usually after attended the late Midnight Mass also known as Misa de Gallo.

The annually recurring period recognized in many countries that are days that run from Thanksgiving in November to Epiphany on January 6.
