Don’t be afraid to laugh out loud in public, at work, or anywhere a humorous situation arises. If it’s funny, it deserves a good 😆  LOL.

A series of studies show the positive impact humor can have on our physical and mental health. For one, it can reduce stress. When we start to laugh, it doesn’t just lighten your load mentally, it actually induces physical changes in our body,

The prestigious Mayo Clinic explains that It enhances our intake of “oxygen-rich air,” increasing our brain’s release of endorphins. Laughter has also been shown to boost productivity. A group of researchers found that after watching a comedy clip, workers were 10% more productive than their counterparts.

Another group of researchers found that cracking jokes can make people seem more competent. Therefore, laughter is a good thing, and the benefits are courageous and far outweigh any risks.

  • It’s not whether or not you’re funny, it’s what kind of funny you are. Be honest and authentic.
  • If you can’t be “ha-ha” funny, at least be “aha!” funny. Cleverness is sometimes good enough.
  • Don’t be afraid to chuckle at yourself. It often signals that everything is going to be A-OKAY.
  • Laughter can be disarming. So feel free to make fun of all the stuff everyone’s worried about.

Whether you receive a message from your former landlord, a condo bored member that was probably written by a liar lawyer, or anyone who does not respond to hard facts, eyewitness statements, or logic... Don't worry, be happy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vB3dgQx7gE4 Language Warning ⚠️

So laugh, live and love 💕  because our organization and home run on lots of love, and laughter and we do not need to give importance to whiners, or self-proclaimed victims without any rhyme or reason.
