Cool DaD

I wish I hugged you tighter and please know you can always tell me anything and I will always be by your side to help in every way. While I think about my father,

Happy Father's Day! The things he taught me seemed so insignificant then, but are so important now. Love and miss you DaD.

Predominantly Catholic countries celebrate St. Joseph’s Day on March 19, in honor of the father of Jesus. Through the example of Joseph, we are taught to honor our fathers and our stepfathers. In Bolivia, Honduras, Italy, Portugal, and Spain they celebrate Father’s Day this way.

However, in El Salvador and Guatemala celebrate on June 17.
Nicaragua celebrates on June 23.
Uruguay celebrates on the second Sunday in July.
Dominican Republic celebrates on the last Sunday in July.
Brazil celebrates on the second Sunday in August.

personally, I feel he would not be a happy fan knowing of an increase in chances that there won't be a Major League Baseball season. He was a real fan. My dad named me after Bob Feller aka Rapid Robert https://www.baseball-reference.com/players/f/fellebo01.shtml and my older brother George after Babe Ruth. http://baberuth.com/

The S is for Soto and for how sweet it is to be loved by you https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=beW9AH1Goxg&list=RDbeW9AH1Goxg&start_radio=1  as well as anything else you wish it to be.

If you're planning on preparing a smoothie, Margarita, or any other mixed drink, I've got you covered.

Making your own smoothie at home is a great way to save money, customize it to your tastes, and get some health benefits, too. But many blenders are just not up to the task of creating, well, “smooth” smoothies. That’s why #ConsumerReports lab testing has two tests that directly measure the blenders' ability to make smooth, consistent smoothies. See which 6 blenders topped our list of best blenders for smoothies, and head over to a complete blender buying guide for more insights.

As we count down to Fathers Day and I prepare myself for another day away from my children, grandkids, and God-children, I hope and pray this is the last one for me to be this far away. Whichever name we answer to Dad, Daddy, Old man, Papi, Papa Poppa, Pop, UB, GB....etc.

Make no mistake about it. you're not a father until you take responsibility for all the things said, or mistakes made over the years. And last but not least the first time we were surprised by a gift that requires a swift clean up.

Also, I have been very corny. Not only with the family, but whenever a cashier at the supermarket asks if I would like the milk in a bag my reply, No, just leave it in the container Or, how do you make holy water? You boil the hell out of it.

Whenever my kids asked me to make them a grilled cheese sandwich, I could have said, Poof... You’re now a sandwich!

Seriously, they know they can tell me anything and I will always be by their side and do whatever I can to help.

My definition of success is having my kids call to seek advice and not ask for money.
