How can a worthwhile defense attorney mount a case to defend a person whose acts are indefensible and insists on nonexistent data?

Then to add insult to injury, he reportedly refuses to pay his last legal bills placing future fees in serious doubt. Trump’s top lawyers abandoned him because most American voters feel what he did can not be defended, excused or justified.

LameDuckDonald can’t find lawyers for his Senate trial because he demands they defend him with a false narrative that he won the election, thereby becoming accessories to the charges of inciting  insurrection.

Step by step, inch by inch, One by one, die-hard supporters of former Lame-Duck Donald are now blaming him for their actions on January six, after being charged by federal prosecutors and facing prison time.

As far as his former legal teaming concerned, informed sources say There were many differences over strategy ahead of the trial. Lame-Duck Donald still contends that he was the victim of mass voter fraud in the November 3 election won by President Joe Biden.

The shake-up leaves him defenseless and in turmoil as he prepares for a trial starting on February nine to consider an article of impeachment passed by the US House of Representatives charging Trump with inciting the invasion of the US Capitol by his followers on January six.

Trump’s impeachment defense lawyers have reportedly refused to mount a fake defense based on Lame-Duck Donald’s legal wish. He wants to claim that he was subject to massive voter fraud and may defend himself to try and create a reality TV circus at the Senate trial.

L>ame-duck Donald was impeached by the House on January 13 on a single article for "incitement of insurrection" following the violent siege at the U.S. Capitol that caused several deaths and left members of Congress and their staffs fearing for their lives. The insurrection, which took place on January six, was preceded by a rally when POTUS told his followers to head to the Capitol and repeatedly said they should fight for him.
