They were once known as happy places and now the public pays to be beaten up or have people prey on fun loving visitors.

Dave W was alarmed by a Santa Rosa school board candidate saying that doctors who help trans kids 'should be hanging from trees.

The candidate reportedly made the statement, which was met with applause, during a forum organized by the Gulf Coast Patriots, in Navarre.

A formal climate charge declaration by POTUS opens up new unilateral action by the executive branch to combat climate change.

President Biden is reportedly delivering an ultimatum on climate change: If Congress does not act to combat a fast-warming planet, then then he will tap its own powers to respond to the crisis.

This stops U.S. exports of crude oil and also halts offshore drilling. President Biden can then redirect military funding to the construction of renewable energy projects.

Sleep During Heatwave

First and foremost make sure you drink plenty of water during the day to keep your body hydrated and cool while you are sleeping. 

Make sure you can count on cooling mattresses or toppers for sweat-free nights. 

Dehydration is a common cause of not being able to get to sleep, and it is known as insomnia.

Keep a glass/insulated container of cold water by your bed in case you wake up hot and uncomfortable.

Carefully chose the coolest part of the house to sleep in, if it is not your bedroom,  temporarily move there.
