If the Republicans, want to know the real reasons why they actually lost the vote?

Giving tax cuts to the top one percent, hurting the middle class and working families, failing to build the wall, drain the swamp, stand up to Russia, and botching the response to the Covid pandemic... etc.

Once they demonstrate leadership while representing We The People, act on them and use them to make the argument on why they are leaders and what our nation needs.

Those who change affiliation and register as another political party but fail to lay out goals is no leader but carpet bagger.

Listening is paying attention, but it doesn’t cost much at all. Whenever a person hears what others are saying and tries to understand what they mean to say, it goes a long way. The act of listening involves complex affective, cognitive and behavioral processes.

Most people are not present in conversations. They’re too busy thinking about the next witty thing to say.
