Slain Journalists Honored

Starting on Sunday, the Committee to Protect Journalists tweeted from CPJ's Middle East Twitter account @cpjmena all the names of every journalist who has been killed in the four years since March 15, 2011, when the Syrian uprising began.

The list contained the names of 81 journalists, making it the second deadliest conflict since CPJ has been keeping track starting in 1992. The Iraq War is number one, but Syria is "tragically catching up," says the committee.

CLINTONATION GATES

Hillary Clinton’s use of her email account at the State Department is only the most recent scandal surrounding Clintonation. Hillary's news conference said very little, but can also be analyzed in different ways. Clinton's rise and fall of her speaking voice was heard in English with a specific intonation, or inflection, pitch, tone, timbre, cadence, lilt, rise and fall, modulation, speech pattern. Do you recall Bill Clinton's explanation after Monica?

Lest not forget... Our nation has experienced several versions of Cintongates.

Hazardous Weather Outlook is in effect for sections of NYC over the weekend due to possible flooding in some areas. There is also the possibility of ice jam flooding of rivers and streams due to the combination of snow-melt and rainfall.

After midnight, we’ll see a few locations with a brief period of wet snow or sleet at the onset of the precipitation. For the most part, this is a plain spell cold rain for everyone taper off during the early afternoon.
