Jeff Bezos, the founder of Amazon and owner of the Washington Post, published an essay on Medium, in which he described an alleged attempt by National Enquirer parent company AMI to blackmail him.

It appears from Bezos' affair with former television host Lauren Sanchez, but it might also include Donald Trump and Saudi Arabia officials. That means this is a developing story.

It's Lunar New Year, day 1 of China’s lunar calendar, which is within a day of the second new moon before the Spring Equinox moon phase. It's oddly called Spring Festival, with it being in winter for most of China, but that's because everyone looks forward to Spring.

POTUS is expected to call for unity in his attempt at reset after two years of partisanship deep divide and personal attacks. #SOTU will come with a large serving of partisan divide which could lead to another government shutdown or to an emergency declaration over the #Mexico border, but what about the #Canada northern border? Politically wounded from his federal shutdown, #Trump may face an uphill battle with his agenda.

Will Americans, or the rest of the world buy this White House attempt at turning a new leaf? We’ll have to wait and see, Mr. T.
