Worldwide this weekend, everyone should celebrate Women's Equality Day to honor the rights of women and among them the freedom to cast ballots in The USA.

Women's Equality Day will be officially celebrated on Sunday, but the festivities have begun by honoring the 98th anniversary of the 19th Amendment, which gave women the right to vote.

According to data by the Center for American Women and Politics, over 73.7 million women have reported voting whereas only 63.8 million men follow the same trend. Another example pointing to their determination.

My loved ones are living in Southern California, so I am increasingly worried as major quakes are hitting The Ring Of Fire.

As a magnitude 7.0 earthquake just shook Venezuela, something may be happening to the crust of planet Earth. According to USGS, their scientists define an earthquake of a magnitude 4.5 or greater as significant and there were recently more quakes which met that criteria recently.

A Colorado man, who is accused of killing his pregnant wife and two young daughters earlier this month is scheduled for a court appearance today to hear the charges against him.

33-year-old Christopher Watts, of Frederick, Colorado, has been formally charged with nine felony counts, including five counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of 34-year-old Shanann Watts, 4-year-old Bella, and 3-year-old Celeste.

Believe it or not, today is #worldmosquitoday. For over 120 years, World Mosquito Day has aimed to spread awareness of the risks mosquitoes pose to our health and safety. Now, we have Zika, West Nile, and other diseases.

This insect has 4000 mosquito species but only 100 bite humans. The rest provide food to fish and birds and pollinate plants. Without mosquitoes, nature's food chain loses significant nourishment and fewer plants.
