The American malls are not well, as young consumers' shopping experiences may be causing a slow death for traditional retailers.

It's fascinating to see how consumer behavior is evolving, especially among younger demographics. The shift away from traditional mall experiences reflects broader trends in how people shop, socialize, and prioritize their spending.

Caveat Emptor is a Latin phrase meaning "let the buyer beware." Be responsible for making sure that it's a good deal before paying.

What ever happened to customer service? In this case, a new City Island auto repair in our neighborhood. Since I like to support local businesses, I decided to check it out. I took a walk in the cold 20-degree temperature to ask the owner if he could repair my ruptured brake line for about 200 dollars.

The Republicans have yet to release a budget but their debt limit plan proposes $4.5 trillion in cuts, including student loan forgiveness.

Whether an individual consumer, business owner, community leader, elected or appointed official, if you are still opposed to higher minimum wages then you are just plain STUPID, don't care, and certainly DO NOT understand the engine that drives the US economy.

If you want to be a PARROT, instead of a PATRIOT, go ahead, keep "parroting" those talking points about the devastating effects a higher minimum wage would have on the economy that your political party, chamber of commerce, or other conflicted and the self-serving source is shoving down your throat!
