This one is being billed as the greatest fireworks show of our times. The Perseid meteor shower is one no-one should miss, with a peak rate of 200 meteors per hour expected to fly across the night sky.
Still Falling...
On this date, three years ago today, and after a very long courtship, which took us to Florida and Shanghai to meet each other's family, we were finally wed. Mr. and Mrs. R/Y Soto are still falling in love.

What are those purple circles we see on athletes competing in the Olympics? It's Cupping, which pulls on skin to improve your blood flow.
