HOLIDAZE STRESS
It's beginning to look a lot like burnout. at this time of the year, but have no fear because we are here to lend a helping hand.
Folks relate burnout with work, but the holidays can also cause it.
Holidays can feel overwhelming and you might not want to tackle your to-do list.
Try not to overcommit yourself and start setting boundaries as soon as you possibly can.
Consider taking a walk, reading a book, meditating, having a cup of tea, listening to music, or talking to a friend who exudes positive energy.
