A 27-year-old was charged with murder over the weekend after allegedly killing a good guy who tried to help him when he was stuck in the snow in North Carolina.

Sheriff says Marvin Lee's car slid off the road and got stuck in snow outside Charlotte. The folks who stopped to help believed there was something wrong with the man, so they call the police. The suspect jumped out of the car with a pistol and allegedly opened fire.
