Do DACA Now

POTUS fought the law and the law won. The Trump administration and the courts are back at it again. US Attorney General Jeff Sessions says the DOJ will “take every lawful measure” to defend the decision to terminate the Obama-era DACA program, which offers deportation relief to undocumented immigrants brought to the U.S. as children.

This, following an angry judge's orders that Trump officials to fully restore the DACA program after failing for the second time to convince him there is a valid justification for ending it.

Bermuda High

A high-pressure system called the Bermuda High rotates clockwise, pulling warm and moist air north and a cause extended heat waves along the east coast of the North Atlantic.

A combination of hotter temperatures along with the humidity is going to raise the heat index to near 100 degrees for the next few days. Therefore, a heat advisory has been issued for much of the NY-NJ-CT tri-sate area.

Cable News Network produced a segment on Lebron James' Foundation working with at-risk school children. @realdonldtrump has allegedly used his charitable foundation to enrich himself and objected, then attacked sports superstar James and journalist Don Lemon because they said something Trump didn’t like.

Old US Leadership

Where are the new ideas, where is the young political blood? Who are the new leaders? Are grandpas and grandmas are leading the US into destruction? Both Republicans and Democratic leadership are too damn old.

I can't speak for anyone else, but I am disappointed in the lack of leadership by The US House of Representatives, The US Senate, and The White House. It looks to me like it’s time for a change.

Anybody got one of those voter-registration forms? Please send it to young citizens and ask them to get with the program.

Deadly California Blazes

Since July 23 US Firefighters have been working to combat an intense blaze that has killed at least six people and so far devastated over one hundred thousand acres. and 12 thousand structured threatened.

State officials have spent over $114.7 million fighting these blazes. With nearly 10,000 firefighters battling a dozen wildfires across the state, they're making headway in containing the blaze even as intense heat, strong winds and firenadoes threaten additional acreage.
