A good school is an educational institution which provides a learning environment and a place for the teaching students under the direction of faculty members.
Now that all schools are back after Summer vacation, all I can say is that only the kids were on a long break and in my opinion, kids had an overrated vacation because instructors continue training and preparing their lectures and tasks 12 months a year.
As an educator and the son of a teacher, I have overwhelming respect for most educators, who work long hour preparing before they are expected to perform inside the classroom.
There are good teachers who allow students to make mistakes but are there to provide support in the learning process. I learned a great deal about teaching from them. If you're not learning from other teachers and students, I'm sorry to say you're not a real educator.
