Undaunted by the world not ending last time he predicted it would end and despite his insistence that it would be Judgment Day, and that "the Bible guarantees it," Harold Camping has revised his prediction.
October 21, 2011 is the day the Radio preacher now says the world will end.
FYI: Camping also incorrectly predicted the end of the world in 1994. Three strikes you're out?
But Camping is hedging his bets, saying that last week was a "spiritual" Judgment Day, in which Jesus Christ decided who would ascend in the pending Rapture, and who would be doomed along with the planet. Now it seems we're in a five-month waiting period, in which Camping claims there's no point in continuing to warn people about God's Judgment, since it's already been rendered. Family Radio, a listener-supported, Christian broadcast network, will begin to play music and focus on Christian programming.
