Manhattan:Swim Portion: 99th Street & Hudson River to 79th Street Marina and Transition Area for the Bike portion.Bike Portion: Manhattan/Bronx/Manhattan: Athletes proceed northbound on the Henry Hudson Parkway from West 57th Street, and proceed across the Henry Hudson Bridge into the Bronx. They continue north to Gun Hill road, turn south on the Henry Hudson Parkway and back over the Henry Hudson Bridge into Manhattan. Bikes continue south to 57th Street, U-turn onto the n/b Henry Hudson Parkway to 79th Street and the Transition Area for the Run portion of the event.
Run Portion:Athletes exit the Transition Area and proceed south on the West Side Highway to 72nd Street. They turn east on 72nd Street to the Central Park West entrance to Central Park. Runners will run a loop around the Central Park Drive and finish this event at Central Park.
