Bloomberg Gets A Mike

Better late than never, close but no cigar, or too little too late? Mike Bloomberg rolls the dice at tonight’s Democratic presidential debate in Las Vegas as the new face in the dwindling field of candidates walks up to the debate microphone.

Bloomberg rises in a remarkable 15-point spike during a poll that puts the former NYC Mayor in a strong second place nationally, at 19 percent just behind Bernie Sanders.

The real billionaire and former Big Apple topper finally qualified for his first debate after an NPR/PBS/NewsHour/Marist poll found him in second place behind US Senator Bernie Sanders.

This was the fourth national poll which said Bloomberg gained 10% or more support, making him eligible. The bad news for Mike Bloomberg Is that he will not appear on the ballot for Nevada's caucuses on Saturday.

His late entry into the presidential cam pain in November means he is skipping the first four contests to focus on Super Tuesday on 3/3.

Bloomberg has invested plenty of his own cash to defeat the incumbent, who he has called a demagogue a phone and a fake.
